You first meet this digimon in The Gear Savanah and he will trigger a chain of quests that unlock future quest for the Lab digimon.
Quest
Missing "late night" snack
You will first meet Tyrannomon as soon as you enter the Gear Savannah. He will be in the middle of a mound trying to take a nap, but some dark nightmares keep pestering him so he took the habit of having some snacks to calm down.
You will need to look in several mounds on which he has been napping through the Savannah and check where did he forget his snacks. Once he sates his craves maybe he will tell you more... so dont be in a hurry.
Stop the Buzzing!
After enjoying his snacks he will retell the content of his nightmares, dark dreams where he is much bigger and angry all the time..., but those little Waspmon keep disturbing him. Go and reduce a bit their numbers! After that it appears that he will still had that headache... which will frustrate him even more... maybe you should leave him some alone time to vent out... far from you at least.
Hungry awakening
After helping Terriermon retrieving enough data samples you will find that Tyranomon has gone missing... Mametyramon will be hiding in his nap spot. He will have gone to the Jungle, hungry and craving for carrots.
There you could find him searching like crazy. If you give him 5 carrots he will manage to evolve to a very special MetalTyrannomon and leave to the NorthWest Savannah, drunk with his newfound power.
It might be wise to alert Terriermon...
